Columbia Law School's Scholarship Archive serves as a place to permanently archive digitized scholarship authored by the Columbia Law School faculty. Currently, the Archive houses publications, such as research working papers and journal articles, with permission granted by both the authors and publishers. It is part of the Digital Commons Network, a major source of open access legal information.
The Law Library obtains any necessary permissions, organizes and uploads the scholarship, and promotes open access for other scholars. Please email scholarshiparchive@law.columbia.edu if you would like to have your works included in the Archive or if you have any questions.
The Law Library assists law faculty submit manuscripts to law reviews for publication consideration through our institutional Scholastica account. Please email the Reference Desk for Scholastica credentials and to discuss the Law Library's submission policy.
