The Law Library is registered with the Copyright Clearance Center, which acts as a clearinghouse for publishers and authors. Copyright permissions will be offered when available and are optional (within the bounds of copyright law). Fees noted below do not include royalty fees paid by the Law Library to the Center. If the request requires the purchase of copyright permissions, these charges are passed on to the requester.
Per Request cost: $40 for law firms and business, and $20 for nonprofits/individuals
Per page charge for Book/fiche/PDF scan (in addition to service/search fee): $3 for law firms and business, and $2 for nonprofits/individuals
Martindale-Hubbell search (per five listings): $40 for law firms and business, and $20 for nonprofits/individuals
Rush Service (additional charge when available): $50 (we guarantee complete scans will be sent within 1 business day of receiving payment).
After we receive your request, we will provide a price quote, if available. We will proceed with the request only after payment has been received. Standard turnaround for delivery is 2-3 business days.
All Document Delivery orders must be pre-paid via credit card or ACH transfer.
