Law Journals: Tips for Writing a Note : How to Publish in Another Journal (Scholastica)

Scholastica

Columbia Law School will subsidize student authors looking to publish in journals outside of Columbia- students can do this by requesting a Scholastica account from the library.

One caveat:  Since it is possible to run up thousands of dollars in submission charges on a single submitted article, the Law Library has developed a policy of subsidizing the cost of submitting to up to 20 journals per fiscal year (July 1st-June 30th).  After that, you can continue to submit but would need to cover the cost yourself (it's about $6.60 per journal submission).
