This journal views itself as a "forum for serious debate on the European Convention on Human Rights." Among the authors published are UN functionaries, and U.K. barristers, and judges. On the editorial board there are representatives of the European academe and non-governmental organizations, U.K. practitioners, and members of the European and U.K. judiciary. Aside from featured articles, the journal also contains summaries of cases of the European Court of Human Rights, under the rubric "Cases and Comment."
